She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Finance & Information Systems from Canterbury University. She is currently studying towards a graduate diploma in HR.

Rebekah plays netball and touch and enjoys a wide range of sports.

Alyshia is a Recruitment Associate supporting Wheeler Campbell’s HR recruitment team and our specialist Consultant for permanent roles in the Government sector. She is responsible for supporting Emma, Lynda and Sally to deliver successful results to their clients and appropriately meet the needs of our candidates and contractors.

Alyshia has a BCA in Management and HR and comes to us with experience in customer service both in Australia and New Zealand.

Emma joined Wheeler Campbell in early 2010 to focus on recruitment of permanent HR roles. She spent the better part of 2009 in an assignment at Parliament, indulging her interest in politics and gaining valuable insight into the mechanics of government in New Zealand. Prior to this, Emma spent three years with a boutique Wellington-based recruitment firm.

Emma has worked across both the public and private sectors and brings a comprehensive knowledge of the Wellington market. She enjoys the challenge of developing effective, sustainable solutions for her clients and values the relationships built during this process.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Classical Studies from Otago University and is currently chipping away at a second degree in Spanish.

Kathryn Hall

Kathryn is part of the Wheeler Campbell contracting team. She has worked in Wellington for over 30 years and has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors in provider and client organisations. Most recently she has worked for the Ministry of Social Development.

As a qualitative researcher she has covered market, communications, business-to-business and social research. She also has experience in brand management, contract management and business development.

Her work has involved networking widely at a senior level and she looks forward to meeting up with people that she has previously worked with in her role at Wheeler Campbell.

Sally Gould

Sally comes from a communications and relationship management background. Her most recent role was with a leading executive headhunting company where she developed strong networks across various industries. She has been involved in search assignments for many public and private sector executive positions, successfully finding people with suitable qualifications and, perhaps more importantly, the right cultural fit. Sally’s engaging manner and flexible attitude assist her to quickly establish connections with both clients and candidates alike.

Sally has backpacked through Africa on a meagre budget, exhibited her abstract paintings, established a vegetable garden and worked with police, journalists, academics, chief executives, accountants and senior managers though none of those experiences match juggling the incessant demands of her three gorgeous children.

John Topp
Manager - Management Leasing

John is the Manager of Wheeler Campbell’s Management Leasing/Contracting Division and has been with the firm for over 12 years.

Formerly a Senior Executive in Local Government John also had previous experience working as a Management Consultant. He has an excellent understanding of the operations of both the public and private sectors.

John has had significant involvement in change management and organisation restructuring and uses his wide ranging knowledge and experience to ensure a targeted and timely response to client’s resourcing needs.

John is a graduate of Victoria University with a Degree in Mathematics and Economics.

Christine is a Senior Consultant with Wheeler Campbell and has been recruiting for senior level positions since 1997.

She specialises in marketing, sales, communications and business development recruitment in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining Wheeler Campbell, Christine worked for two of New Zealand’s leading corporate institutions in the financial and telecommunications sectors and most recently worked in the advertising industry. Holding positions in management, business development, marketing and account management, Christine brings considerable experience in corporate management and client service roles.

In the past few years, Christine’s ability to deliver positive outcomes for her client base in the Public Sector and Maori community has seen her retained to recruit a number of key senior management and Chief Executive roles. She has a strong appreciation of skill needs and has a track record of delivering quality results for her clients.

Paul joined Wheeler Campbell at the end of January 2009. He has 18 years experience in sales and marketing roles across a wide range of industries in New Zealand, Australia and Europe. More recently he has held senior roles in manufacturing & distribution, publishing, HR assessment, HR consulting and recruitment.

He holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from Waikato University and an MBA from Henley Management College (UK). Most of his spare time is spent with his young family of three girls. He enjoys most sports and socializing with family and friends.

With over ten years executive recruitment experience, specialising in HR and senior management appointments, Lynda has considerable knowledge of the HR market and well established networks across both public and private sectors nationally.

Having successfully 're-invented' herself several times during a career that began in teaching, Lynda worked in learning & development management then broader HR as an independent contractor before becoming an “accidental recruiter” who loved it and stayed. Prior to joining Wheeler Campbell Lynda was a Senior Manager in a large global corporate managing a team of specialist recruiters across a variety of disciplines.

Lynda has built a reputation for securing positive outcomes through her understanding of needs, her passion for her work and her unequivocal commitment to candidates, contractors and clients alike. She has worked closely with many people over the years as they have transitioned through different phases of their career, working with them at different times in a client, candidate and often contracting capacity as well. This has enabled her to forge strong, trusted and lasting relationships which are the cornerstone of her business.
